Getting Started

How to Use Game Warrior

Use this quick guide to work from the header avatar panel, manage Creator Center shortcuts, choose a theme, connect Steam, share videos and live feeds, follow channels, join Hot Topics, and use the community safety tools.

Live Feeds

Show Your Stream on Game Warrior

Copy the public YouTube stream URL, Twitch account URL, or TikTok account URL that viewers can open. Open Connect Stream, add a clear stream title and public URL, enable Live Now, and save. Your live player appears on your channel, Videos Live Now, and available homepage live-feed slots. The channel page checks for live status automatically so viewers do not have to refresh when a stream starts.

End Your Live Broadcast

When finished, stop streaming in OBS and end the broadcast on YouTube or Twitch. Return to Connect Stream, turn off Live Now, and save so Game Warrior removes the stream from active live sections while keeping the link ready for next time.

Schedule Upcoming Streams

Open Schedule Streams to add upcoming stream titles, dates, times, and optional notes. Times use Eastern Time. Upcoming entries appear on your public channel and can be removed when plans change.

Watch Game Warrior Live

Open the official Game Warrior broadcast from the Videos menu. When OBS is live, the player appears automatically in the homepage gallery and Videos Live Now section. Use the sound button to start live playback with audio, and use Full View for a stream-focused layout with the channel controls along the bottom.

Watch Warrior Channels

Use Browse Channels, homepage video cards, or a Warrior channel banner to choose Watch Channel. Watched channels appear under Friends and stay separate from friend requests, so you can watch a creator without adding them as a friend.

Add Warrior Friends

Open the header avatar panel and choose Friends for your Social Snapshot, accepted friends, watched channels, and Warrior discovery. Friends are separate from watched channels: adding a friend does not automatically watch their channel, and watching a channel does not send a friend request.

Find Community Hot Topics

Use Hot Topics in Warrior Dashboard to open the Community Hot Topics panel. It collects recent Camp Fire topics and your forum activity so you can jump into active discussions without searching through every board.

Use Game Warrior Chat

Use Chat on a Warrior channel page while watching a stream. Channel chat can dock over the stream, move by dragging the Chat header, resize from the lower corners, and hide or return from the chat SVG while in Full View.
